Processing
Metalink are Steel Fabricators and Processors. This enables us to provide parts and components right through to fully fabricated, complete projects. So whether your specialty is Mining, Industrial Services, Construction or Government, our Fabrication and Cutting Team can provide all your Structural Steel and Plate items, Chutes and Liners and Bulk Material Handling Equipment. We are experienced in working with various grades of steel including Quenched and Tempered Plate and will process plates and beams to your requirements.
Fabrication
Metalink employs skilled tradesmen and managers to provide you with high quality fabricated structures. Using our laser and plasma cutting equipment, we can custom make most plate components. Structural steel and tube are handled in our large capacity bandsaw.
Our welders are all pre-qualified to the required standards for your project using in-house Responsible Welding Co-ordinator and accredited NATA testing.
Pipe spooling
Metalink can fabricate small diameter and large diameter pipe spools in a range of wall thicknesses to suit your specifications. We have various equipment including pipe rotators and pipe aligning tools. Welding processes include TIG and STT. Our weld quality is assured by our weld procedures and qualifications which are qualified by NATA testing and overseen by our IWS Responsible Welding Coordinator.
